The Design Thinking module requires learners to go through the Public Sector Service Design INSEAD case, which discusses the challenge of designing a new service in the public sector in Singapore.

Operations and Supply Chain Strategy refers to the setting up of broad policies and plans for using an organization’s resources optimally.

Refund Policy/ Financials
Is there any deferral or refund policy for this Programme?
Yes, Hero Vired offers a deferral or refund policy to its students. You may be eligible for a full amount or partial amount refund of your program fee if you decide to withdraw from the strategic management program within 7 days of enrollment. If you wish to defer your admission and enroll in the next available program instead, you can do so. However, they do not allow any in-session program cancellation, and no refund is applicable. Hero Vired allows its Learners and users to delay their training schedule by submitting a written deferment request. This is only possible if space allows for it, given any unforeseen circumstances. However, this opportunity comes with several conditions:
- Request to delay the start date of an upcoming Batch.
- Requests must be submitted at least three business days before the start date of a Batch in which a Learner is enrolled.
- If a Learner submits a deferment request, they will be ineligible to receive any scholarships offered by Hero Vired and have forfeited all rights of reclaiming the scholarship in any capacity.
- Should the Learner want to defer their program enrollment, they must pay a fee of Rs 20,000/- plus applicable GST and loan-related charges within five working days of making the request. Failure to do so will result in continued participation as part of their original program batch.
