In this module, learners will understand the role of product managers within organizations and how they utilize data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to solve problems.
Technology 101
In this module, you will first be introduced to basic programming concepts and terminology which a product manager requires. Next, you will deep dive into fundamental technologies like - Cloud Computing, Web Technologies, Databases, and Mobile Technologies and their impact on product management.
Product, User and Market Discovery
In this module, you will learn to analyze the needs and behavior of customers through frameworks of empathy and perceptual maps. Once you have identified the needs of the customers, you will then create a user persona - which defines the ideal user of your product.

In this module, you will start by learning about the significance of innovation for new product development. Here, you will explore the concept of design thinking, which focuses on problem-solving through innovation. You will also apply your learnings of the tools to create innovative product designs.
Product Development
In this module, you will learn about different frameworks to create the business model for your product. Here, you will also learn to create a roadmap for your product which defines the vision, direction, prioritization, and progress of a product over time. This module will also help you learn how to build an MVP and test your concept in the market.
Go To Market Strategy
In this module, you will explore the different business strategies essential for your product's market launch. You will learn to craft the marketing strategy for your product, which will include creating a marketing plan and your product positioning.
